The main thing you need to know: if you’re sitting for a long period of time, get up every 20 minutes. Stand up for 2 minutes. Doing so will actually help you LOSE WEIGHT and MAINTAIN A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE (read the article to learn how this happens).
